Susan Manfredi Named Tucson Metro Chamber Investor Services & Affinity Director

Tucson, AZ (March 29, 2017) – The Tucson Metro Chamber is pleased to announce that Susan Manfredi has joined the organization as the investor services and affinity director.

In her role, Manfredi is responsible for strengthening relationships with current investors and cultivating relationships with new investors. She serves as the high level investor concierge and is co-lead of the Ambassadors volunteer committee. In addition Manfredi manages the Chamber/CopperPoint Association program and the Blue Cross Blue Shield program.

Manfredi has held key leadership and executive positions in the airline industry and non-profit sectors where her focus has been on customer service, sales and operations, training and management of various programs.

In her most recent role as the director of business development for the Chamber of Commerce of Highlands Ranch, Col., Manfredi was responsible for increasing Chamber engagement, membership and community visibility. She delights in and is committed to connecting investors with like-minded business owners to successfully grow their businesses.

Manfredi is passionate about exceeding customer and investor expectations. Her strengths include developing, delivering and effectively implementing training and quality assurance programs that support clients and employees in their roles in an ever-changing, customer focused environment. Her high energy level, ability to think on her feet and business experience has resulted in developing teams committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Manfredi recently relocated to Tucson; she was born and raised in Reno, NV. She has an undergraduate degree in mathematics and actuarial science from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in administration with a focus on organizational communication and organizational development from Central Michigan University.
