Employer/Employee Development
At AGM, we don’t look at College Tuition Reimbursement (CTR) as simply another expense, but rather as an essential investment. Accordingly, AGM Management encourages every employee to participate in CTR, irrespective of their age, their number of years with our company, their proximity to retirement and/or their full-time or part-time status. What’s more, as employees complete such coursework, AGM rewards them with wage and salary increases, as well as occasionally provides them with extra consideration for promotional opportunities.
Perhaps this is why as much as 27% of AGM’s workforce participates in AGM’s CTR Program each year, as well as why AGM has become one of Tucson’s long-term employers of choice.
